Tk1997 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of tk1997's services, whether accessed via mobile, desktop, or any other channel.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered at least 10 times.
• Reload Bonus: A reload bonus is available on qualifying deposits of a specified amount each week, with an 8x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: Cashback offers have no wagering requirement — funds are available for withdrawal immediately.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on tk1997:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out option is available and active.
• Once an event begins, live betting odds update in real time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with tk1997's rules.
• If a result is revised by the governing sports body, tk1997 will settle the bet based on that revised outcome.
• Tk1997 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum limits vary by event and market, and are displayed on the betting page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1997 platform. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system for dishonest gain (bonus abuse).
• Renting or selling account credentials to others.
• Placing or managing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

Tk1997 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of suspicious activity posing a security risk.
• If false information is found to have been provided during KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Whether the balance of a permanently closed account is returned depends on the reason for closure. Balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations. If an account is closed for a security review, it may be reinstated once verification is complete.

Tk1997 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connection issues.
• Issues caused by faults in the user's device or software.

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
